3. ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted once payment has been processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or violation of our policies. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy. Products are for PERSONAL USE ONLY and may not be resold without written authorization.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Prices and promotions may change without notice. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize Moona Lab™ to charge your selected method for all purchases made.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed in the order received. Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers but are NOT GUARANTEED. Once an order is shipped, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you. Moona Lab™ is not liable for delays or losses caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we cannot replace or refund items shipped to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

21. CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS, DISPUTES & LEGAL LIMITATIONS

Moona Lab™ is a Canadian Small Family Business based in Ontario. We aim to handle all customer concerns fairly and quickly.

If you have a complaint about an order or service, please contact us first. Most matters are resolved quickly through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally:

• It must be submitted in writing to Moona Lab™ — Customer Care & Compliance, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
• All claims must be filed within one (1) year of the incident.
• Claims will be governed exclusively by Ontario law.

By using our Services, you agree that:

• You will first attempt to resolve the matter directly with Moona Lab™ before pursuing any legal action.
• You waive any right to participate in a class action or seek punitive damages.
• Any legal claim must be filed only in Ontario, Canada, and damages, if awarded, will not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
• Public or defamatory statements made about Moona Lab without prior good-faith communication may be subject to legal remedies under Canadian law.
